Mr. Walton litigates complex business disputes and intellectual property cases. Mr. Walton's experience includes lawsuits involving claims of patent infringement, copyright infringement, theft of trade secrets, insurance coverage, breach of contract, business torts and other complex claims where efficiency and results matter. Mr. Walton also routinely advises corporate and institutional clients on securities and transactional matters such as raising capital, corporate strategy, intellectual property development and strategy, M&A, cross border transactions, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. Mr. Walton previously held FINRA Series 7, 66 and 79 licenses. Mr. Walton is fluent in Japanese.
